Oakwood provides curb side delivery only. We do not unpack or place furniture inside your home or office. The debris from unpacking is also not our responsibility. If you need assistance with placement, notify Oakwood during order placement for additional labor at an extra cost. ๐๏ธ๐ช
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS ๐ง:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Oakwood is not liable for delays, misplacement, or incorrect delivery due to customer error or inaccurate information. ๐ฌ๐
DELIVERY DATES ๐๏ธ:
Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Furniture undergoes inspection before shipping. Shipping methods are curated for the best service. Delays and service limitations may occur based on providers' availability and logistical resources. ๐๐
DAMAGED DELIVERY ๐ธ:
If your shipment arrives with visible damages, note and photograph it with the driver and inform us. Contact customer service for further assistance. Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure items fit through doors, staircases, and elevators before ordering. Once delivered, there is no return or exchange policy. Customer Service will aid in repairs or exchanges for furniture defects, not changes of mind upon delivery. ๐๐จ
