🚫 No Returns: Oakwood does not offer returns for any of our products, including furniture and home décor accessories.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue. Note that a product is not eligible for return or exchange if damages are reported after delivery and inspection have been completed. If an exchange is necessary, the customer must cover the cost of returning the original product. 🛠️
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Returns are not accepted if the customer feels that the product dimensions do not fit their space. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before placing an order. Product dimensions are provided in the Product Information section on our website. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 📏🎁

Cancellation Policy: Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, custom and special orders cannot be canceled. 🚚🚫
